About IJMEAT

IJMEAT: International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Advanced Technology is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Department of Automotive Engineering Technology, Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, engineers, practitioners, and students to disseminate high-quality scientific works in mechanical engineering and advanced technology.

IJMEAT publishes original research articles, review articles, and applied engineering studies that contribute to the development of mechanical systems, automotive technology, energy systems, manufacturing technology, materials engineering, thermal-fluid science, computational simulation, and sustainable engineering applications.

Publication Frequency

IJMEAT is published periodically two times a year, in June and December. Each issue contains selected articles that have passed editorial screening and peer-review processes.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening to evaluate their relevance to the journal scope, manuscript format, originality, and compliance with author guidelines. Manuscripts that meet the basic requirements will be reviewed by reviewers with relevant expertise.

Open Access Policy

IJMEAT provides immediate open access to its published content. All articles are freely available to readers without subscription or access fees, supporting wider dissemination of scientific knowledge and global academic exchange.

Copyright and License

Authors retain the copyright of their published articles and grant IJMEAT the right of first publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

Publication Fee

IJMEAT does not charge any submission fee, article processing charge, or publication fee for the initial issue. Authors can submit and publish accepted manuscripts free of charge.
